In the year of 2016, we got a feedback of 7.50R16 from one of our Indonesia partner saying tires are occurring with “Tread Separation”, “Tread break” problems.
After studying the using application:
road condition: Bad
working speed: 40-60km/h
one way distance: 400-500 km
load: 150%-170%
Our engineer found tread puncture resistance and the framework inside is not strong enough to use in this condition.
After several rounds test, the engineer team works out below solution to solve this problem:
After this improvement, Tread puncture resistance performance will be better than before.
